What this blog is about.
Is this blog about anti aging? Yes, it is. Is it about Human Growth Hormone as a viable anti aging fighter? Yes it is. And much more than that. This site is about anything to do with HGH or the Human Growth Hormone and other associated hormones that are increasingly being viewed as effective anti aging agents. A silver bullet HGH may not be, but if used in conjunction with other proper anti aging measures, HGH is one the viable alternatives available for anti aging treatment.
Have you ever wanted to live a long and healthy life on this earth, and not spend the last 30 years in a nursing home? To have a sharp mind and vigorous body even well into your sixties or seventies, and to even appear attractive at that age? If you’re now having wrinkles and gray hair, and feeling worn out, your memory fading, and your eyesight deteriorating, is it possible to roll back these things and actually be a younger person within and without?
I believe the answer is yes. I cannot accept life ends at 40, 50 or 60, or whatever age the world tells us. I don’t plan on retiring when I’m 50 – due to health reasons.
If you’re 30 plus in age, and have been experiencing among others, poor skin, falling hair, poor muscle/bone mass, and coming home from work feeling tired, the most common reason is a combination of less than optimal health and very likely, decreasing growth hormone levels (and other hormones). Not always the reason, but more than likely. If you have always felt that you could be “more” than what you are/were physically, your hunch might be right that your body could just be deficient in certain essential “substances.” Things you could do easily when you were younger now seem harder to do, for no apparent reason. Sounds familiar?
Stress is a killer. Stress is responsible for taking out millions of people from work, and impairing their capacity to take care of their families, be productive, and derive satisfaction from their lives. In actual reality, stress is the number one silent killer of all time! But there’s more to it than that. Stress is the greatest aging agent of all. Manage stress properly, and you’ll slow down your aging by 20 years.
As a blog devoted to the HGH hormone and other relevant issues, I’ll be exploring topics about anti aging here, and see what we can do about aging, growth difficulties, how to improve health, staying in shape, looking our best, what works, and what doesn’t work. Other hormones are also very important, and will be looked at.
This is not meant to be a scientific discourse (note my disclaimer), but something I have used, and have done research on. There is no doubt HGH use is in the news, more often than not due to some athlete abusing it. But it DOES prove a point, that supplementing HGH levels does affect changes to the body. All research so far points out that HGH has proven anti aging effects. Thus, in context of a well balanced lifestyle and STRICT usage, it can greatly benefit the elderly, the middle aged, people approaching middle age, and also children with growth difficulties.
Talk later.
